Job Title: Clinical Lead – Complex Care
Location: Southampton
Salary: £55k - £65k (DOE)

We’re recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead to lead and develop a multidisciplinary clinical team within a specialist complex care service. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for clinical quality, outcomes, and team performance, supporting individuals with complex care needs.

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN)
  • Strong leadership experience within a complex care environment
  • Passionate about evidence-based practice and high-quality patient outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership across the service
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the MDT to deliver exceptional care
  • Ensure clinical governance, quality, and risk management standards are met
  • Drive best practice in neurorehabilitation and patient-centred care
  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders to improve outcomes and services
