- Hands-on theatre work, without the NHS rota
- "Learn the ropes" alongside an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Clinical Specialists
- A business where individual contribution really matters
Candidate requirements:
- Either a relevant clinical background (ODP, Theatre Nurse or Physician Associate with theatre experience)
- Or a relevant medical or life science degree with a desire to move into a commercial, customer-facing surgical role
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
What you'll do:
- Deliver in-theatre case support, product training and clinical education
- Run product evaluations and play a key role in new technology adoption
- Support surgeons, scrub nurses, ODPs and theatre teams across a range of surgeries
- Support sales with the introduction of new products, encourage appropriate use and identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts
- Develop credibility and trust with key clinical stakeholders
Salary and benefits:
- £35-40K basic
- £12K commission
- £600/month car allowance
