We are looking for a well-presented and reliable Cloakroom Attendant to join our team at Jo Hansford salons on Saturdays. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a luxury environment and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly on arrival
• Take and store coats and personal belongings securely
• Return items promptly and efficiently
• Maintain a tidy and organised cloakroom area
• Support the front-of-house team when needed

• Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
• Well-groomed and presentable at all times
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous customer service experience preferred
