Full job description

General Manager | Coyote Ugly Saloon Blackpool

Coyote Ugly Saloon Blackpool is searching for a fearless, sales-obsessed General Manager to lead the charge. This is your opportunity to take the reins of our 1100 capacity venue in the heart of the city. If you’re a powerhouse of energy, ambition, and results-driven leadership, we want you.

This isn’t your average GM role. We need a boss who lives and breathes revenue growth, thrives on packed-out nights, and can build a high-performance team from the ground up. From launch strategy to daily execution, you’ll shape the success of this established business

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Sales & Marketing Mastery – You must know how to drive footfall, increase spend per head, and convert every visitor into a repeat customer.
  • Recruitment & Team Training – Build and develop a brand-new team that delivers energy, passion, and profit.
  • Outstanding Leadership – Lead from the front, inspire your team, and create a winning culture.
  • High-Volume, Wet-Led Experience – You must be able to handle peak trading periods and keep the venue running like clockwork.
  • Business Acumen & Financial Control – Own the P&L, dominate your KPIs, and boost the bottom line.
  • Compliance Expertise – A solid understanding of licensing, EHO, health & safety, and HR compliance.

What We Expect:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume venue.
  • Passion for entertainment, sales, and delivering unforgettable experiences.
  • The vision and drive to make Coyote Ugly a standout nightlife destination.

What’s In It For You:

  • Salary: £40,000 per year, plus a sales-targeted bonus scheme.
  • A role where your leadership and strategy directly impact success and growth.

Schedule:

  • 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
  • Day shifts & night shifts
  • Weekday & weekend availability
  • Holiday shifts

This is not a role for the faint-hearted – we want a GM who’s hungry for success, thrives under pressure, and knows how to build buzz from day one.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be contacted.
