Overview:

We are a leading manufacturer of specialist vehicle windows, supplying bonded glass and frame units to ambulance and police vehicle builders across the UK. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused team member to join our production team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn specialist glazing skills, with full training provided and clear progression as your skills develop.

Salary & Benefits:

What you’ll be doing:

• Assembling glass into aluminium or composite frames using bonding and sealing techniques.
• Preparing and cleaning glass for adhesive application.
• Using tools and jigs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Carrying out quality checks to meet strict safety standards.
• Packaging units ready for dispatch to our specialist vehicle customers.
• (Occasional but Essential) Driving our van to deliver products to clients.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone practical and hands-on with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with glass, adhesives, and workshop tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow clear processes.
• A good team player, but also confident working independently at your own bench.
• Previous glazing or assembly experience is a bonus, but full training is provided.

Additional Requirements (Van Driving):

• Must be 25 or older (insurance requirement).
• Must hold a clean, valid UK driving licence.
