We are seeking dedicated and friendly Bar Staff to join our team at a vibrant and bustling establishment. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our patrons. Both part-time and full-time positions are available for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

**Duties:**

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service and assist guests as needed.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to all financial protocols.
  • Comply with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the bar.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all customers receive prompt service.

**Experience:**

- Prior experience in bartending or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory

- Proficiency in basic math skills for order processing

- Familiarity with food safety protocols is a plus
