Lead Hockey & Cricket Coach
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: On average 37.5 hours hours per week Term Time (plus pre season training)
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
Start date: 1 September 2026
Closing date: 21st June 2026
Interview: Expected week commencing 29th July 2026
Location: Dorton, Buckinghamshire
Ashfold School are looking for a Lead Hockey and Cricket Coach to develop Ashfold’s hockey and cricket programmes. This is a crucial role in inspiring pupils of all abilities, to enjoy and thrive at Sport. You will build links with clubs and counties, support talented players, and lead coaching staff while contributing to the wider sporting life of the school.
You will have a recognised sports coaching qualification and have excellent communication and organisational skills, strong safeguarding awareness, and the ability to motivate young people.
