What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Team Member, working on an annualised hours basis you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating heat press machinery to apply badges, logos, names, and numbers to garments according to customer specifications.
  • Using single-head and 8-head embroidery machines to customise teamwear with club badges.
  • Preparing and organising picked orders ready for customisation.
  • Producing vinyl and DTF logos, badges, and numbers for heat press application.
  • Carrying out routine machine maintenance and ensuring equipment is operating efficiently.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Supporting colleagues to ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved

Previous experience in production is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
