Events & Community Engagement

· Design and coordinate a calendar of events throughout the year to engage members, guests and the wider community.

· Develop events that support member retention, attract new customers and increase participation across the resort's wellness offering.

· Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality fitness, wellness and sporting events.

· Evaluate event performance and use feedback and participation data to inform future planning.

Budget & Commercial Management

· Manage budgets relating to studio programming, instructors, tennis programmes and events.

· Monitor costs, revenue and programme performance.

· Process and manage invoices, ensuring accurate and timely administration.

· Review financial performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and commercial return.

· Support supplier and external instructor relationships where appropriate.

Market Research & Continuous Improvement

· Conduct regular market research into fitness, wellness, tennis and group exercise trends.

· Benchmark our offering against competitors and leading wellness destinations.

· Identify opportunities to introduce new classes, programmes, events and experiences.

· Ensure our timetable and overall studio offering remain current, distinctive and among the best in the market.

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and passionate about fitness, wellness and creating exceptional experiences.

You will ideally have:

· Experience in fitness, wellness, leisure, hospitality, sports or a related environment.

· Experience in teaching group exercise to music and relevant qualifications

· Experience coordinating timetables, programmes, events or multiple stakeholders.

· Strong organisational and administrative skills.

· Experience managing budgets, costs and invoices.

· A varied role with significant influence over the development of our fitness, tennis and wellness programmes

· The opportunity to build an engaging programme for both members, guests and the wider community
