Overview

As Assistant Club Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the club, helping the team deliver an organised, welcoming experience. You will coordinate people and operational tasks, communicate clearly with colleagues and customers, and help maintain consistent standards across club activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Club Manager with daily operations, team management and administrative tasks.
  • Supervise team members, help organise workloads and use time effectively to keep activities running smoothly.
  • Assist with sales management and merchandising, keeping displays organised and supporting clear product presentation.
  • Handle customer enquiries with professional phone etiquette and clear communication, referring issues appropriately.
  • Your impact: well-coordinated teams and clear customer support help visitors enjoy a smooth, welcoming club experience.

Skills

Required: You will need strong communication, organisational and time-management skills, alongside practical leadership and team-coordination capabilities to support daily operations and supervise colleagues effectively. Preferred: Management, retail management, sales management, merchandising or administrative experience will be useful; multilingual or bilingual communication is an advantage when supporting a diverse range of customers and colleagues.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
