Employability / ESOL / Digital & Vocational Skills Tutors / Health and Wellbeing Coaches (Sessional)

Job Description:

Are you dynamic, motivational and inspiring with the ability to deliver Employability Skills, Health and Wellbeing support, Digital Skills and Vocational Skills (First Aid, Food Hygiene, Construction and Generic Health and Safety, Customer Service). Parker Enterprise is a provider of Employability, Vocational Skills, Wellbeing training solutions and ESOL, providing engaging training and development which meets the needs of learners and companies, delivered by highly competent, knowledgeable and experienced staff.

We are now seeking sessional Tutors / Coaches for ongoing part time DWP contracts throughout the UK.

In this role, you will deliver courses to unemployed groups of people which address barriers to gaining employment, with tailored support to enable individuals to progress into and move towards work.

You will deliver high impact, engaging and interactive workshops face to face and online to customers on a wide range of employability and digital skills.

Key responsibilities:

· Designing and delivering bespoke face to face and online courses to meet a range of employability needs

· Remotely and face to face managing a classroom of people

· Using online systems and video platforms on a daily basis

· Meeting KPI’s and targets (for those courses with job outcomes)

· Adhering to all compliance and quality requirements.

We are looking for:

· Excellent people skills

· The ability to deliver workshops in an engaging way

· An empathetic approach along with the ability to ensure learning objectives are met

· Excellent IT skills

· Adaptability and able to use initiative and work independently.
