Worthing Coaches, working alongside Lucketts Travel, are part of the growing Coach Travel Group, is expanding—and we’re looking for professional, customer-focused Coach Drivers to join our dynamic team. As we continue to grow our fleet and service network, this is an exciting time to step onboard and be part of our journey.

About the Role

As a Coach Driver with Worthing Coaches, you’ll deliver safe, punctual, and friendly transport services across a variety of operations. Your work will include:

National Express contract services, operating scheduled routes across the UK

Private hire, including corporate travel, events, school trips, national & European tours, sports fixtures and more

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all passengers
  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of customers at all times
  • Completing necessary vehicle checks and reporting any defects
  • Upholding company standards and representing Worthing Coaches with professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • A valid PCV (Category D) licence
  • Up-to-date Driver CPC qualification
  • A strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer service
  • Professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
  • A commitment to supporting the continued growth of Worthing Coaches and the wider Coach Travel Group
