Back To Mine are hiring a full-time, experienced bartender / mixologist with proven cocktail experience in central London. We're an independently owned bar in the centre of sunny Exchange Square gardens at Liverpool Street.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a cocktail bartender
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques
  • A flair for presentation and a love of bold, creative flavours
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
