The Work You'll Do

You’ll provide BSL ↔ English communication support to Deaf adults in a range of education, health and workplace settings, including:
– Colleges and training centres
– Retail, hospitality, and customer-facing environments
– Office meetings and workplace inductions

Whether supporting someone starting a new job or helping a Deaf student thrive at college — your role makes it possible.

What do we need from you ?

– BSL Level 3+ or lived experience as a CODA
– A current DBS check
– A friendly, professional attitude and a genuine interest in BSL
– A belief in equity, respect, and communication access for all

Working Hours

– Daytime, Monday to Friday / overtime is possible
– Flexible, part-time, and freelance options available
