Are you passionate about speciality coffee and ready to take the lead? As our Head Barista, you'll be the driving force behind an exceptional coffee experience, inspiring both customers and your team every day.

  • Craft Outstanding Coffee: Deliver consistently exceptional coffees, showcasing the quality, craftsmanship, and passion that Hot Numbers is known for.
  • Lead, Train & Inspire: Coach and develop a talented team of baristas, sharing your knowledge and helping them build confidence, skills, and a genuine love for speciality coffee.
  • Champion Quality & Consistency: Oversee dial-ins, recipe development, and equipment maintenance to ensure every cup meets the highest standards.
  • Drive Innovation: Stay connected to the ever-evolving coffee world, bringing fresh ideas, brewing techniques, and industry trends into the café.
  • Create Memorable Guest Experiences: Build genuine connections with customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back for more.

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for speciality coffee and coffee culture
  • Strong experience working with espresso machines and a range of brewing methods
  • Confidence in training, mentoring, and motivating others
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
