About the role

The Yard is Dart's Farm's original restaurant and the beating heart of the whole experience. We're looking for enthusiastic Front of House team members to join us across waiting, bar, and coffee - helping deliver freshly prepared food made with the best local ingredients from our Food Hall and farm, in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Working as part of our section waiting team, delivering warm, attentive hospitality to every table
  • Supporting our bar team, from serving drinks to keeping the area running smoothly during busy service
  • Working alongside our coffee team, preparing speciality barista coffee and helping the counter tick over at pace
  • Representing the heart of the Dart's Farm experience - friendly, knowledgeable, and proud of what we serve
  • Working as part of a close-knit team to keep service flowing during our busiest daytime periods

What we're looking for

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and great food
  • The energy and stamina to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who's happy to move between waiting, bar, and coffee duties as needed
  • Someone who takes pride in representing local, freshly prepared produce
  • Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential - attitude matters most

Hours

  • 3 days per week, including one weekend day
  • Daytime shifts only - no evening work
