We’re Hiring – Supervisor (No Nights, Weekends or bank holidays!)
Snax in the City is an Award-Winning Independent Café & Catering Business in the centre of Belfast behind the City Hall.

Looking for a better work/life balance? Snax is offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced reliable supervisor to lead our team front of house — with fixed hours and your evenings, weekends and bank holidays free!

Normal Hours:
Tues–Friday: 7:30am–4:00pm (Occasional Mondays)

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 years team leading / supervisory experience in hospitality
  • Ability to work efficiently and cope with a fast paced work environment
  • Excellent customer care experience.
  • Barista skills
  • Experience making basic breakfast items; bagels, toasties and so on
  • Calm under pressure
  • Strong communication, organisation and leadership abilities
  • Solid knowledge of food safety practices
  • Team-player attitude
  • Good attention to detail and cleaning skills

The job will include

  • serving customers on the till, making coffees & breakfast items, clearing tables and keeping the cafe well presented.
