Are you a natural leader who loves people, great coffee, and creating exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a Café Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team, champion speciality coffee standards, and ensure our café remains a welcoming, vibrant space for both customers and colleagues.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing others, and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality. Working closely with the Café Manager, Assistant Manager, and Head Barista, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the café, helping to create memorable experiences while supporting a passionate and hardworking team.
