Full job description

We are a new premium, urban-chic coffee spot in a prominent location. Think New York loft energy, soulful house vibes, beautiful coffee, stacked croissants and a place people come to feel alive, not just grab a drink.

We’re looking for a charismatic barista who can bring energy, warmth and confidence to the bar and help us build a proper destination.

The Role

You’ll be one of the faces of, so this is much more than “just making coffee”.

You will:

  • Make consistently excellent espresso-based drinks and iced coffees
  • Prepare and serve pastries, croissant sandwiches, ciabatta and other simple food items
  • Bring energy, personality and conversation to the bar – make people want to come back
  • Keep the bar area clean, organised and visually attractive at all times
  • Handle orders and payments efficiently and accurately
  • Help create a great atmosphere with music, presentation and attitude
  • Support social media moments (e.g. pouring shots for reels, latte art videos, behind-the-scenes content)

About You

You’re likely to be someone who:

  • Has barista experience or is a fast learner with a genuine love for coffee
  • Is naturally charismatic – you enjoy talking to people and making them feel welcome

  • Thrives in a busy environment and can move quickly while staying calm
  • Cares about details – latte art, clean counters, neat displays, tidy workstation
  • Is reliable, punctual and happy to work some early mornings and weekends
  • Enjoys music, good food, good coffee and a buzzing atmosphere
