☕ WE’RE HIRING — HEAD BARISTA

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Head Barista to join our team.

You’ll be responsible for leading the coffee operation, maintaining exceptional standards, and helping create a great experience for both customers and the team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven barista experience, ideally in a specialty coffee environment
  • Strong knowledge of espresso, extraction & milk steaming
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency
  • Leadership skills and confidence training/coaching others
  • Great customer service and communication
  • Someone who takes pride in their craft and leads by example

Salary: £13 p/h
