Join the Method Team: Front of House Superstar Wanted!

We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and outgoing Front of House team member to join our beautiful, small-group personal training and Pilates studio in Oakham. This is so much more than a regular front-of-house role — you’ll be the heart and face of Method, playing a vital part in delivering the exceptional daily experience our members love and return for.

Working hours: Every Saturday, 8am-1pm

Hourly rate: £13.25

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and serving coffees, smoothies, and other drinks to members to a high standard
• Providing exceptional customer service, building rapport with members and ensuring a consistently welcoming atmosphere
• Supporting member management including bookings, enquiries, and day-to-day administration
• Assisting the coaching team in maintaining a smooth, professional studio environment
• Maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of the changing rooms, ensuring they are fully reset and presentable between sessions
• Managing front-of-house responsibilities efficiently and calmly during busy periods

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Barista experience or confidence using a coffee machine (preferred)
• Great organisation skills and able to work independently under pressure
• Friendly and professional, with strong communication skills
• A genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping people feel their best

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Oakham, Rutland: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
