Specialty Coffee Shop Manager

We’re an Award- winning London based specialty coffee brand built around Colombian culture, craft, and community. From sourcing directly at origin to roasting in London and serving across 10 sites, everything we do is focused on quality, consistency, and experience.

We are growing fast, but with intention. With the growth we are now looking for a manager in one of our central location stores.

About You:

You’re someone who loves coffee, thrives in hospitality, and knows how to bring out the best in a team. You lead by example, and care deeply about creating memorable customer experiences.

  • Previous experience in the specialty coffee industry as a manager or assistant manager
  • A genuine passion for specialty coffee, people, and hospitality
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • A hands-on approach with high standards and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • A desire to learn, grow, and progress within a fast-growing company
  • Based in London and fully authorised to work in the UK

The Role:

As a manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and leading daily operations while creating an outstanding atmosphere for both customers and staff in one of our specialty coffee shops.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining high operational standards, supporting team performance, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the shop
  • Maintain consistently high standards across coffee quality, cleanliness, and customer experience
  • Drive sales while continuously improving service standards
  • Manage rotas and labour costs effectively
  • Support team performance through training, mentoring, and regular feedback
  • Ensure health, safety, and company standards are consistently followed
