About Cycle Culture

Cycle Culture is a boutique indoor cycling studio, specialty coffeehouse, and plant shop in Tooting Bec (SW17). Founded by husband-and-wife team Paul and Mili Saini, we’ve created a beautiful, community-focused space where exceptional hospitality, specialty coffee, and wellness come together.

About the Role

This is a varied role combining barista duties, food preparation, and front-of-house responsibilities. You’ll serve exceptional coffee, support our cycling members, and help create an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has previous specialty coffee experience
  • Can produce consistent, high-quality latte art
  • Enjoys coffee, food, fitness, and customer service
  • Is confident with food preparation and hygiene standards
  • Stays calm under pressure and maintains high standards during busy periods
  • Is reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Is looking for a long-term part-time position

Key ResponsibilitiesFront of House

  • Welcome customers and cycling members
  • Check riders into classes and support studio operations
  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service
  • Help maintain a clean and organised environment

Barista & Food Prep

  • Prepare artisan coffee and wellness drinks
  • Prepare food to recipe and presentation standards
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality experience
