Full job description

Rondor Coffee is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic part-time barista to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in serving great coffee and can deliver excellent customer service in a busy café environment.

What we’re looking for

● A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.

● Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred.

● A passion for quality coffee and great customer service.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

● Someone punctual, organised and dependable.

● The ability to work efficiently during busy periods.

● Availability to work weekends on a regular basis.

Key responsibilities

● Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other drinks.

● Providing friendly and welcoming customer service.

● Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café.

● Handling opening and closing duties when required.

● Keeping the coffee station and equipment clean and organised.

● Supporting the team to ensure the café runs smoothly.
