Venue Team Leader

Frankie & Lola’s is an award-winning Family Entertainment Centre business founded in Inverness in 2014. We pride ourselves on our commitment to creating a fun and safe environment for families, delivering outstanding food and beverage offerings from our café.

We’re looking for passionate and energetic Venue Team Leaders to join our team and help us deliver on our mission of building the biggest and most successful Family Entertainment Centre brand as we continue to expand to new locations throughout the United Kingdom.

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring every interaction our customers have with Frankie & Lola’s is better than the last.

Responsibilities include;

  • Engaging with parents and kids alike to make their visit exciting.
  • Serving our customers in our reception, café and party environments.
  • Maintaining cleanliness standards across our venue and play areas.
  • Building relationships with customers and resolving customer enquiries with professionalism.
  • Delivering on the challenge to provide the best service for our customers, and working with the team to hit targets and goals.

Applicant Profile - What we look for in an excellent Venue Team Member;

  • Prior experience in retail/hospitality.
  • Experience with barista style coffee service highly desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and individually.
  • Computer literacy required.
