Full job description

At Kaspas we offer the worlds favourite hot and cold desserts and drinks under one roof .

Working at Kaspa's Ashford is a fun hands on experience where your will be working within a small friendly team in an often fast paced environment , be put in quick thinking situations and acting on initiative to make sure all customers receive the very best experience. We are seeking a full time team member whom with experience and training will progress to join our supervisor team.

Leadership / supervisory experience in a similar role as a barista , or within hospitality is prefered though full training shall be given

Ideally you will live close by to the store , our rota's change weekly and you will need to be flexible and available days, evenings , weekends and during holiday periods . Hours of work to be discussed but approx 30 to 35 hours per week .

Full Training shall be given

Duties and responsibilities will include :

. Preparing menu items including desserts and hot & cold drinks .

. Counter service and till work

· Greeting and seating customers

.Maintaining high hygiene standards

. Working as a team to provide high standard customer service to every guest.

.With training progression to some supervisory team leading shifts

You will be :

. Friendly, cheerful with an out going personality

. Able to think on your feet and use initiative

. Strong communication skills

. Have customer facing and team leading experience

.Be a committed team player including being flexible and enthusiastic.

. Be flexible with working hours and available during the week , weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.85-£13.50 per hour
