Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our current supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage service standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help lead a team, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service standards.
  • Open and Close the pub in the managers absense.
  • Manage customer reservations.
  • Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact in managers absense.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting..
  • Experience in restaurant service, including serving guests efficiently and courteously.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes.
  • Previous experience in barista and cocktail making is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.

Candidates should be organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the establishment.
