Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring all guests have a memorable experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the hospitality industry, whether you are new to the sector or bring previous experience. All positions are paid, including internships, and require a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a courteous manner
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly
  • Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing coffee and other beverages
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Experience

  • Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Experience in food preparation or restaurant environments is advantageous
  • Barista experience is a plus for roles involving beverage service
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is beneficial
  • A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills is essential
  • Prior experience in customer service roles will be highly regarded
