The Role:Costa Coffee Barista

As a Barista,you’ll be at the heart of our store,crafting the drinks our customers love and creating warm,welcoming moments for everyone who walks through our doors.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Making every cup count – preparing delicious Costa drinks with precision and passion
  • Delivering genuine,friendly customer service that brings people back
  • Becoming confident with our menu so you can recommend favourites and new arrivals
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness,health & safety
  • Supporting your team and making work enjoyable for everyone
  • Most importantly,having fun and creating a welcoming atmosphere


What You’ll Bring

You don’t need experience to be a brilliant Barista — just the right attitude and energy. We’ll give you all the training you need to build your skills and thrive.
