Hamilton - Supervisor (Seasonal) - Costa

Our Site Director, Lynne and her team at Hamilton Services on the M74 near Hamilton are looking for an energetic and adaptable Supervisor to join their Costa team. You will be part of the prestigious Costa brand, creating and serving our delicious Costa drinks, sweet pastries and freshly prepared food, whilst also having your first taste of leadership and responsibility by supervising and motivating our team to promote sales and ensure your team delivers a great customer experience.

It would be essential for you to have worked in a similar supervisory role before, whether that is in a coffee shop or in any retail or hospitality environment. We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service ensuring everyone leaves with a smile on their face.
