We currently have a 3 month temporary contract opportunity within our Retail Team for a Coffee & Vending Operator to service machines at customer sites.

The role involves cleaning, replenishing, and maintaining vending, coffee, and fresh food machines while delivering excellent customer service. This is a field-based role with a company van provided. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure hygiene and safety standards for all machines.
  • Replenish, merchandise, and maintain vending and coffee machines to drive sales.
  • Deliver friendly and efficient service to all customers.
  • Conduct spot checks, audits, and support team members when required.
  • Maintain the company van, ensuring it is kept clean and in good condition.
  • Manage time efficiently and work independently while contributing to a wider team.

What We Are Looking For

  • Customer-facing service experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
  • Valid B1 driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Ability to travel across multiple locations with flexibility.
  • DBS check.

Desirable

  • Manual handling and health & safety training.
  • Experience using smartphones or handheld devices.
  • Food hygiene knowledge.
