Vino Marina is expanding our front-of-house and bar team.

We are a boutique Restaurant / Wine Bar located in Burton Waters, dedicated to providing a premium dining experience centered around a delicious menu and an exceptional selection of great wines.

Our culinary focus highlights individual and sharing boards featuring the absolute best in sourced cheese from around the world, alongside charcuterie, cold plates, salads, and homemade cakes, all utilizing locally sourced products.

Roles Available:

We are actively recruiting experienced hospitality professionals for the following positions:

Waiting Staff: Deliver attentive, knowledgeable table service, guide guests through our wine pairings, and provide recommendations from our artisanal sharing boards.

Mixologist: Craft exceptional cocktails, elevate our beverage program, and provide a sophisticated, engaging experience for guests at the bar.

Bar Staff: Ensure efficient beverage preparation, accurately pour our curated wine selection, and maintain a pristine, welcoming bar environment.

Barista: Prepare and serve high-quality artisanal coffee and hot beverages, perfectly complementing our selection of homemade cakes and desserts.

Candidate Requirements:

-Proven experience in a bar, restaurant, or boutique hospitality setting.

-A Personal Alcohol License would be advantageous.

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dining environment.
