Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly within restaurant or fast food settings. This role requires excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as a passion for food preparation and service. The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
  • Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Manage food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and are presented beautifully.
  • Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop menus, manage inventory, and oversee food production processes.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained properly and is in good working order.

Experience
