As a Lettings Consultant at Romans & Partners, you will play a crucial role in driving our lettings activity and ensuring the satisfaction of both landlords and tenants. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of letting properties, from initial inquiry to key handover, while upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct viewings and market properties effectively to potential tenants.
  • Negotiate tenancy terms and finalise agreements between tenants and landlords.
  • Maintain an active and accurate register of available properties.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries from prospective and current tenants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay informed of market conditions and legislative changes that impact the lettings industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties through various channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lettings or a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of the local property market and relevant laws.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve excellent results.
  • A professional demeanor and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
