Full job description
Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a part time Pastoral Support Tutor to join our Windsor College team on a permanent basis over 41 weeks, including term-time. The role pays between Support Scale H20 £12,969.10 and H22 £13,802.20 (H20 £28,177 and H22 £29,987 FTE) which is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Join Windsor Forest Colleges Group as a Pastoral Tutor, where you will provide vital guidance on academic performance and financial welfare to students, parents, and staff. Lead engaging pastoral and personal development activities tailored to the unique needs of Sixth Form learners. Your one-to-one tutoring and coaching will enhance wellbeing, study skills, and academic success. Collaborate with educators and managers to deliver an outstanding college experience for all students. Plus, work alongside safeguarding leads to contribute to PEP meetings, ensuring student welfare remains a priority.
