Full job description
The vacancy
Are you passionate about supporting apprentices to achieve their full potential? Do you have excellent organisational skills and enjoy building positive relationships with learners, employers and colleagues? If so, we would love to hear from you.
We are seeking an Apprentice Reviewer to join our Apprenticeships team. In this rewarding role, you will provide guidance, support and regular progress reviews for a caseload of apprentices, helping them successfully complete their apprenticeship programmes. Working closely with employers, tutors, assessors and support teams, you will monitor learner progress, attendance and achievement, ensuring every apprentice receives the support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of apprentices, monitoring attendance, progress, achievement and programme completion.
- Conduct regular apprentice reviews, ensuring all required documentation and actions are completed and recorded accurately.
- Work collaboratively with employers, tutors, assessors and support staff to address any issues that may impact learner success.
- Ensure learner inductions are completed and all enrolment, induction and review records are uploaded to the learner management system in a timely manner.
- Carry out health and safety checks and monitoring of employer workplaces to ensure safe learning environments.
- Support apprentices in maintaining quality off-the-job training records and preparing for End Point Assessment (EPA).
- Maintain accurate learner tracking information and ensure future review meetings are scheduled and recorded.
- Represent the Apprenticeships team at enrolment events, employer meetings, open evenings and other promotional activities as required.
Essential Criteria
- Recognised qualification at Level 3 or above.
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
- Experience of working with employers and/or work-based learning providers.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Full current driving licence.

Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.
Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
