Process Improvement Specialist – UK Distribution Centre

As Coloplast continues to strengthen and evolve its UK Distribution Centre, we are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to play a key role in driving operational performance and continuous improvement. This position sits at the heart of our warehouse operations, supporting both newly implemented automation systems that are due to go live this summer and traditional warehousing activities. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing how operations run, solving complex problems and making a measurable impact in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

The Role -
You will be responsible for identifying, delivering and sustaining performance improvements across warehouse processes, combining data analysis with hands‑on, practical problem‑solving. Working closely with managers, analysts, team leaders and technical specialists, you will help identify, plan and implement change initiatives that improve efficiency, cost, quality and flow. A key focus will be the optimisation of automation processes, including regular reviews of system parameters, configuration settings, location utilisation, replenishment strategies, stock allocation and picking routes. You will monitor system performance, support troubleshooting activities in collaboration with Operations Technicians, and ensure improvements are documented and delivered in line with compliance, QEHS and quality standards.

We are looking for a self‑motivated, results‑driven professional with proven experience in process or continuous improvement and a strong track record of delivering change projects. You are confident using data to identify improvement opportunities and are comfortable working with ERP systems. You bring excellent communication, planning and organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Experience working in logistics, supply chain or warehouse environments is important, with exposure to automated warehouse operations being highly desirable. You are flexible, adaptable and motivated by taking ownership of your area of responsibility and driving measurable improvements against KPIs.

Why Coloplast?
At Coloplast, our purpose is to improve the lives of people with intimate healthcare needs, and our supply chain plays a critical role in delivering that promise. Joining our UK Distribution Centre means becoming part of a collaborative, improvement‑focused environment where your ideas and expertise can make a real difference. You’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful operational challenges, help shape how our warehouse operates, and grow your skills within a global organisation that values quality, continuous improvement and people development.

Pursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Coloplast develops and markets products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. Employing about 16.000 people and with products available in more than 143 countries, we are one of the world´s leading medical device companies. We are constantly growing our business and always looking for new ways to move forward – we explore, learn and look for new ways of doing things.

Coloplast is committed to being an inclusive organization, where people bring their differences to work each day, fulfil their potential and have a strong sense of belonging because – and not despite – of their differences. We therefore encourage all qualified candidates to apply regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious belief or physical ability.
