The Lion & Swan Hotel/Pecks Restaurant Congleton

Job description

Pecks at The Lion & Swan Hotel is a new and exciting restaurant, displaying contemporary and fine dining cuisine at its best. The 100 cover restaurant has received substantial renovations and has been extended to incorporate private dining areas, Prosecco bar and outdoor terrace. The kitchen is on full display to the restaurant to celebrate the talent within our kitchen.

The Lion And Swan is a historic restaurant, hotel, and bar in the heart of Congleton. Housed in a beautifully restored 16th-century coaching inn, it combines original period features with stylish modern interiors, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Peck restaurant is one of Congleton's best-known fine dining restaurants, located within the Lion & Swan. Renowned for its elegant atmosphere and award-winning British cuisine, Pecks has been serving guests for more than 40 years. The restaurant uses high-quality seasonal ingredients from local suppliers to create imaginative dishes that change regularly throughout the year.

Pecks is especially famous for its "Dinner at Eight" tasting experience, where guests enjoy a theatrical multi-course meal showcasing the creativity of the chefs. It also serves refined lunches, traditional Sunday lunches, and afternoon high tea, making it a popular destination for celebrations, anniversaries, and special occasions.
