Duties
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards, maintaining consistency in quality and presentation

- Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure all food safety procedures are followed diligently, including proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and training when necessary
