Brand and Communications Executive

Location: London, Aldgate

Salary: £36,750 per annum (1 year maternity cover)

Highly awarded, CQC-registered provider of premium live-in and hourly home care services in England and Scotland we are now on the hunt for a Brand and Communications Executive.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hybrid team, ideally working 3 days per week (minimum 2 days) in our London office, with occasional regional travel required. You will report to the Marketing Director.

The Role

Work closely with the Marketing Director to execute brand strategy and in particular produce and deliver mainly off line content to support brand development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Be an exceptional writer, producing case studies, blogs, and compelling content to support campaigns and offline advertising.
  • Brand & Communications: Draft adverts (and advertorials) for offline channels, support PR activity (drafting releases, gathering stories), and assist with awards submissions and reputation-building initiatives. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
  • Campaign Delivery: Coordinate events, webinars, and community engagement, and gather testimonials, photography, and stories from care teams to turn into engaging content. Engaging with Carer teams at training days/refresher lunches in London, Oxford as required
  • Reporting and Admin: Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports, manage asset libraries and content calendars, Creation and maintenance of client facing “Carer profiles”.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills are essential.
  • Comfortable working with design tools and CMS platforms.
  • Bring a dynamic and innovative approach
