Do you want to be part of a high-quality coaching team that is changing lives around the world?

Do you want to apply your knowledge of fitness, nutrition and behaviour change to help clients achieve sustainable results?

Are you a coach who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership of your clients' success and is motivated by performance and growth?

Body Smart Fitness is hiring a Coach to join our high-performing team.

This role goes beyond writing programmes and check-ins. Our coaches manage a large online client portfolio (typically 70 VIP 1-1 clients). This role requires strong organisation, prioritisation and the ability to maintain high-quality support across multiple conversations, daily drive engagement and results, and contribute to the growth of the business through client success, retention and KPI performance.

Successful coaches in this role combine exceptional coaching ability with commercial awareness, consultative sales confidence, and the ability to perform in a high-accountability environment.

You will be joining a team of experienced, caring and results-driven coaches who are committed to delivering exceptional service and life-changing results for our clients.

About the Role

As a Body Smart Coach, you will take ownership of a client portfolio and guide them through their health and fitness journey.

You will deliver structured coaching, accountability, and education to help clients achieve sustainable results across their fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Our coaches take a proactive approach to client success, identifying challenges early, re-engaging clients when motivation drops and guiding clients through long-term coaching relationships and renewals.

You will also support the business's growth by speaking with prospective clients and helping them understand how Body Smart coaching can help them achieve their goals.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organisation and the ability to balance high-quality coaching with commercial awareness and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach a portfolio of clients through our online coaching platform
  • Deliver daily, weekly and monthly client communication and accountability
  • Provide evidence based guidance on nutrition, training, mindset and habits
  • Create personalised training programmes suited to the client's goals and environment
  • Manage a consistent client workload of up to 70 VIP 1 to 1 clients, including client administration, onboarding, progress tracking and coaching delivery
  • Achieve agreed coaching KPIs related to client success, buy in and retention performance.
  • Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients and confidently guide them through the Body Smart coaching process
  • Convert suitable prospects into coaching clients using a consultative and values driven sales approach
  • Take ownership of client retention and renewals by actively guiding clients through their long-term coaching journey
  • Identify and solve client challenges quickly and proactively
  • Follow company processes and deliver consistently against KPIs
  • Collaborate with the coaching team and attend mandatory meetings and training
  • Contribute educational content to the Body Smart Coaching community

Requirements

  • Certified Personal Trainer qualification
  • Industry recognised nutrition certification
  • Minimum 5,000 hours coaching experience or 3 to 4 years working in the fitness industry
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent client results and transformations within an online coaching environment
  • Strong written communication and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously
  • Experience coaching clients using macro based and habit based approaches to nutrition and lifestyle change
  • Ability to manage a high volume online client roster while maintaining a high standard of service, responsiveness and results
  • Comfortable conducting consultation calls with prospective clients, guiding them through the Body Smart coaching process and helping them make informed decisions about joining coaching
  • Experience or confidence working within a KPI driven environment with clear expectations around performance, engagement and retention
  • Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of client retention, engagement and the importance of delivering value within a results based coaching service
  • Ability to identify opportunities to retain, support and progress clients throughout their coaching journey
  • Confident following structured systems for online coaching delivery, client onboarding and sales processes

Important: This is a performance-driven coaching role with clear expectations around client results, engagement, retention and contribution to client growth through consultations and conversions. It suits coaches who thrive in a high-accountability environment.

  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially aware and motivated by performance and growth
  • Confident speaking with clients and guiding them through coaching consultations
  • A team player who contributes to a high-performance culture
  • Passionate about helping people create lasting change in their health and lifestyle
