Summary
We are seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join our team at Anytime Fitness Stratford High Street. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist clients on their fitness journeys, helping them achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
Responsibilities
- Design personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct one-to-one personal training sessions
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and nutrition.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure optimal results.
- Provide motivation and support to clients during workouts.
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate client capabilities and goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment.
- Conducting inductions for clients
- Regular cleaning and tidying up of the gym and equipment
- Conducting gym tours
- Membership sales
- Making sales and retention calls
Requirements
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Certified Personal Trainer qualification from a recognized organization in the UK
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend in English
- At least 3 years experience of working in a commercial gym in the UK
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
