Responsibilities and Duties

  • NO PROPERTY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Communicating with clients via telephone, making sure they turn up at events, have all the details they need, making sure they turn up to trainings
  • Confirming Purchases via telephone
  • Monitoring and responding to email and telephone enquiries
  • Build good rapport with existing clients and be the first point of contact for their needs
  • Onboarding/ offboarding new clients
  • Basic social media skills to communicate on facebook with clients
  • Being present at events (some weekend events to attend, helping and supporting role, engaging with clients, being the go to support person in the room, assisting setup in the room.
  • Diary management for team members and Booking in calls for members of the team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
