The Mortgage Exchange is a growing, customer-focused brokerage looking to recruit an ambitious and experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated adviser who is passionate about helping clients achieve their property and financial goals whilst delivering exceptional customer service. You will advise clients across a range of mortgage and protection solutions, managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional mortgage advice to new and existing clients.
  • No protection sales, referral commission for referring mortgage clients
  • Manage client relationships throughout the mortgage journey.
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors and other third parties to progress applications.

  • Maintain high compliance and service standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
  • Experience providing residential mortgage advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a pipeline of cases.
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering positive outcomes.

Why Join The Mortgage Exchange?

  • All leads are inbound generated.
  • Every lead is pre-qualified by our dedicated Telesales Executives before being hot-keyed directly to a Mortgage Consultant, allowing advisers to focus on advising clients rather than prospecting.
  • Excellent administration and case management support.

  • Supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Hybrid working options available.

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Experience with Second Charge Mortgages would be advantageous but is not essential. Training and support will be provided for candidates with a strong mortgage advisory background.

If you're looking to take the next step in your mortgage advice career with a brokerage that invests heavily in lead generation, client acquisition and adviser support, we'd love to hear from you.
