Senior Operations and Compliance Officer

Band 8/9

FTE £37,563 - £44,253

37 hours per week

52 weeks per year

Solent Academies Trust is seeking to recruit a Senior Operations and Compliance Officer to join our support team. This role will be dedicated to providing support to the site teams to ensure site coverage throughout our academies.

You will work collaboratively with the Trust Estates Lead and Deputy Lead to ensure health & safety documentation and compliance are up to date across academies.

You will be part of the Central Team based at our offices in Cosham, however, there will be a requirement to travel to any of our sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with health and safety and hold a IOSH Managing Safety qualification or be willing to train towards this.
