Full job description

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mobile phones and other electronic devices
- Perform equipment repairs, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and component replacements
- Utilize computer hardware and software to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
- Interpret schematics and technical documentation to assist in repairs
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Experience:
- Previous experience in mobile phone repair or related field preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electronic components
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation
- Proficient in maintaining and repairing mobile devices
- Knowledge of computer networking is a plus
- Experience using hand tools for repairs
