Now we're launching an exciting new Digital Growth division, helping businesses improve their online presence through professional websites, branding, SEO, AI-powered automation and digital marketing.

We're looking for an ambitious, creative and commercially minded Digital Growth & Web Solutions Specialist to build this department with us.

This is a rare opportunity to join an established company and play a key role in creating an entirely new revenue stream.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll take ownership of our Digital Growth division, working with businesses across the UK to improve their online presence and generate more enquiries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing premium WordPress websites.
  • Creating high-converting landing pages and sales funnels.
  • Building e-commerce websites using WooCommerce.
  • Managing website hosting, domains, SSL certificates and migrations.

  • Improving website speed, performance and Core Web Vitals.
  • Delivering technical and on-page SEO.
  • Setting up and managing Google Business Profiles.
  • Implementing Google Analytics, Search Console and conversion tracking.
  • Creating engaging website content using AI tools where appropriate.
  • Designing branding assets including logos, brochures and digital graphics.
  • Creating email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys.

  • Assisting with Google Ads and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Advising customers on digital strategy and online growth.
  • Working alongside our Telecoms, IT and Print teams to deliver complete business solutions.
  • Supporting our internal marketing and enhancing the CITYCOM UK brand.

  • Commercial experience designing and building WordPress websites.
  • Strong HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript knowledge.
  • Elementor (or equivalent page builder).
  • WooCommerce.
  • SEO knowledge.

  • Modern Glasgow office.

The Person

We're not looking for someone who simply builds websites.

We're looking for someone who understands how websites generate enquiries, how SEO drives traffic, how branding creates trust and how AI and automation can transform the way businesses operate.

If you're entrepreneurial, creative, commercially aware and excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
