Full job description

As the Bathroom/Tile Order Processor and Warehouse Operative, your main role will be to keep things running smoothly. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, Sales Team, and the Delivery Team, but don’t worry, you don’t need to be an expert in everything. This role covers several important areas, including managing order processing and stock control along with general warehouse duties and deliveries.

A great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join an industry specialist. This position is full time, and we are looking for an organised and motivated individual to join our close-knit team. You must be able to work in a busy environment whilst meeting strict deadlines. The successful candidate will be based at our warehouses in Lisburn.

Duties Include

- Placing orders accurately using to in-house systems.

- Taking receipt of and Checking all Goods inwards.

- Picking, building and dispatching customer orders.

- Managing stock levels.

- General Warehouse duties.

- Adhering strictly to Health & Safety guidelines.

- Programming deliveries with existing Delivery Team.

- Assisting with delivery of orders whenever necessary.

Essential skills/attributes of the successful candidate:

- Must be computer literate to include, emails, order processing & stock management

(Full training on our systems will be provided)

- Must have solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking

- Must be flexible, with a positive attitude and an understanding that your workload will vary between computer and physical tasks.

- This role will require an individual who is physically strong, capable and willing to complete heavy lifting on a daily basis.

- Must be reliable and punctual.

- Must have a Category B Van Driving licence.

- Must be well presented, articulate and capable of efficient communication with both customers and contractors.

- Keen interest to maximise training opportunities and learn about our industry.

Advantageous (But not essential)

- Already in possession of a Forklift licence

- Existing knowledge of the Bathroom Industry

- Has had Certified Health and Safety training.

- Has had Certified First-Aid training.

The Package

- Competitive Salary: Generous and commensurate with experience

- Hours of work: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday- Friday
