Overview

Richmond Developments are looking to recruit experienced, reliable, and hard-working Groundworkers to join our team for new housing development sites in the Northwest. The job offers excellent long-term prospects and genuine job security. If you can work to deadlines we want to hear from you

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Formation of roads and footpaths
  • Always ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
  • General Groundwork duties including foundations, concreting, slabbing, drainage, flagging, and tarmacking.
  • Installation of drainage systems

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • 3 + Years experience working as a Groundworker, with proven experience
  • Valid CPCS or NPORS
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Own Tracked machine would be preferred but not necessary

Good rate of pay depending on experience

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
