Your Role as Care Assistant at Toray Pines in Coningsby

In this influential and rewarding role, you will help shape the highest standard of care by:

• Helping support residents with getting ready for the day, outings and activities and promoting their independence and supporting them to continue addressing their needs.
• Collaborating with external professionals – including GPs, district nurses, pharmacists and social care teams, ensuring seamless care for residents.
• Delivering exceptional personal care – always with dignity, respect and a personalised approach.
• Accompanying residents with indoor and outdoor activities and ensuring activities are what each resident will enjoy. They enjoy a variety of activities including drawing, quizzes, gardening, walks and even outings to shops.
• Working with families to understand each residents needs, desires and purpose in their daily lives,
