Job Summary
AWE Aluminium are an Aluminium Trade Window and Conservatory roof fabricator based in Swansea.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales management, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Oversee daily sales operations to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Supervise the administrative tasks related to sales operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within a retail environment.
- Industry Experience Required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with administrative processes related to sales operations.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
