Technical Coordinator

£32,000 plus bonus structure

At Ryburne Windows Ltd, we specialise in delivering high-quality home improvement projects in windows, doors and glazing systems acorss North Yorkshire.

We are now looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to take ownership of the process from post-survey through to installation readiness; ensuring every project is accurately specified, efficiently coordinated, and set up for successful delivery.

The Role

This is a key operational position, sitting between sales, suppliers and installation teams.

You will be responsible for managing orders end-to-end; translating survey information into accurate product specifications, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring all projects are fully prepared for installation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing and managing accurate product orders across windows, doors, conservatories and roofing systems
  • Raising and coordinating purchase orders with suppliers
  • Reviewing and validating technical specifications and survey details
  • Monitoring order progress and managing lead times and delivery schedules
  • Preparing all required documentation to support a smooth installation process
  • Using internal systems to manage orders, track progress and maintain accurate records
  • Acting as a point of reference for technical queries and problem resolution
  • Identifying and resolving issues proactively to avoid delays or rework
  • This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered right first time.

About You

You will have a strong background in:

  • Windows & doors/glazing / home improvements
  • Order processing, project coordination, or production planning

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and detail-driven
  • Technically confident, with a solid understanding of product specifications
  • Comfortable learning and adopting new systems and processes
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and consistency under pressure
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
  • Confident to query discrepancies where needed
  • Understands the importance of accuracy in protecting project timelines, costs and overall customer experience
  • Takes ownership of their work and delivers to a high standard
